Love magazine are once again causing a stir with their daring (and even controversial) covers. 8 of the worlds best known superstars are baring all to highlight that "perfection is not fixed, timeless or transcendent". They look pretty perfect from where I'm stood! However, it is nice to see that these well known "beautiful" women are not all the same, and that they do not simply conform to the generic size 0 that has been so dominant in the fashion world. It will be interesting to see the response to this. Form your own opinion by viewing the covers here.

In the spirit of all things cold and wintry, a friend and I decided to catch a bit of last chance ice-skating at Somerset House. Turns out this was the worst decision of my year so far! The experience was wonderful, the setting incredible, the atmosphere fun and friendly, and even the staff were smiling, chatty and helpful. However the ice was far too hard, as I found out to my detriment. And thus, I am now following the "i-am" contingency in the latest fashion trend of a broken bone and a cast. Apparently it's catching on in the "i-am" studio! And as for ice-skating....I think next time i'll suggest swimming.

I am LOVING these umbrellas - walking into work under a full english, stumbling home from the local boozer under large cod and chips in the daily rag or taking a lazy Sunday stroll under some Olde English plaid..Anything that makes rain fun gets my vote...Londonundercover.com
