The launch of the new mi adidas brand language and in-store experience heralds a new concept that builds a higher level of relationship between the consumer and adidas. | We are pleased to announce one of our latest projects with Comptoir Libanais, an exciting new Middle Eastern dining experience in the heart of London. Comptoir Libanais serves a fresh middle-eastern inspired menu in relaxed and stylish surroundings. Comptoir caters for a diverse range of diners with a wide menu ranging from a variety of breads, falafal and wraps to the all-encompassing mezze plates, all of this in a cool eclectic middle-eastern style environment. 'i-am' have been asked by Comptoir Libanais to help develop all aspects of the experience including; the identity and interiors of existing and future restaurants. Big thanks to our friends over at X2 magazine for tipping us off about this little diamond in the rough. The Roughluxe Hotel is hidden amongst the endless B&B's that are taking over Kings Cross. The hotel is as its name suggests so forget what you thought you knew about luxury hotels. The creator of the hotel, Rabih Hage, says: "Perfection doesn't mean beauty. That's not important. The new identity is both ultra modern and corporate yet retains a sense of adventure and optimism. The functionality of the branches now place the customer and their needs at the heart of the banks operations. New India Bank have now started the transformation of their whole estate and are building a new service focused culture with initial work having started on three new branches in central Mumbai. New India Bank's willing and open-mindedness have been instrumental in bringing to life a banking experience that all their competitors will now have to benchmark against. |

Here at 'i-am' we love a good bit of art so we are delighted that The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition is back. This years theme is 'Making Space". The Summer Exhibition encompasses a wide range of diciplines from oil on canvas to potato prints (ok so maybe not potato prints) hung throughout the vast halls of The Royal Academy. The exhibiton showcases a wide range of artists from modern heavyweights such as Tracy Emin and Damien Hurst and familiar names such as Norman Ackroyd and Ken Howard. The highlights this year for us include Barry Flanigan's leaping hare & Antony Caro's huge dominatng rusting metal sculpture which looks so heavy you worry about the floorboards below you. Take a trip to the Royal Acadamy this summer to view some work from the most famous names in art hanging next to some soon to be famous unknowns. www.royalacademy.org.uk |

As the summer days grow longer there is even more reason to enjoy a well earned post-work drink. Thanks to Bombay Sapphire you can enjoy the whole evening in style as June sees the opening of the Dusk Bar on the river terrace of Somerset House overlooking Waterloo. The Bombay Sapphire Dusk experience will include an innovative bar design by Tom Dixon who took his inspiration for the bar from the way the Bombay Sapphire bottle looks in different lights. The design of the bar means it can be easily rearanged to change shape week by week. By night the lights inside the plastic structure pulsate creating different colours and moods. If the summer heat has given you a hunger share some food from the ever-changing menu. The bar is a visual specticle well worth a visit just to see how the mood changes as the sun goes down. |
