An Post were looking to reduce their cost to serve whilst maintaining brand relevance in a digital world. They were also keen to grow and generate revenue from new opportunities.
The Solution:
‘i-am’ introduced innovative solutions by placing the customer at the core of its strategy; through self-service, open counters and queue management. The striking new look and feel pushes the An Post brand ahead of their competitors.
