Britannia



Britannia are the UK's second biggest mutual. They have a significant point of difference in that they exist solely for their members and all profits are ploughed back into the business and distributed amongst their members.
The Brief:
Britannia asked 'i-am' to work in many areas of the business: brand expression, internal communications, people and culture, embedding the brand as well as branch design.
The Solution:
'i-am' created a strong internal communications campaign, developed a new personality and tone of voice for the brand and created the brand guidlines for the current identity.
The Result:
The internal communications are now complete, the national advertising campaign in support of the new positioning is now on air and Britannia are now well on the way to 'Building a Fairer Society'.
