Domus are one of the UK’s leading tile brands specialising in the contract sector. The new management team at Domus had recently acquired the business and wanted to revitalise the brand.

The Brief:

Conduct a thorough brand audit and review the Domus sales process to establish the optimum interaction from initial sales enquiry to final specifications.

The Solution:

‘i-am’ created a new Domus identity and vibrant brand personality that translated to all areas of their business including: branded binders, sample cards, signage, stationery and vehicle liveries. ‘i-am’ also created the ‘Surface’ sub-brand targeting the booming home market.

The Result:

The new Domus brand with its strong personality and eye-catching binder now dominate the shelves of every architect’s reference library strengthening their position as the dominant player in their market. ‘i-am’ also designed the new Surface showroom in Battersea that includes a stunning 26-metre long spiraling entrance.
