Smartmove

Smartmove is a new estate agent in Derbyshire. The two owners are focused on delivering superior customer service and an innovative approach. They look at every aspect of their operation and make sure that they are building a strong business around their customers’ needs and their own business objectives.

The Brief:

To create a new brand expression for the business and forward thinking branch environment which would best present their personality and values showing that they were different than the usual estate agent offering.

The Solution:

An innovative look and feel, a sensuous blend of the modern and the classic: a warm comfortable Chesterfield and fire place laid out in an impressively modern and challenging setting. Smartmove were looking for a low
cost solution, and so engaged ‘i-am’ to create a strong visual concept. Smartmove then used a local project manager, furniture-maker and builder to turn their vision into reality.

The Result:

Smartmove have achieved the stand out and awareness they were looking for and are now taking the same learnings and design concept across the others sites within their estate.
