An in-depth research period enabled us to thoroughly understand the various expectations of the employees and the management. Our project focused on creating a workplace that is responsive to both hybrid & agile working models while meeting the varying expectations & needs of employees.

Our detailed analysis of the workshop outputs showed the management’s vision of building an ecosystem that supports a less hierarchical structure & a strong and autonomous team. We created a design that leads to an interactive & social experience, compatible with the employees' lifestyle & that supports different working models. The new office is not only a workplace but a "life place”.

Our Ford approach caters to a bold and vibrant corporate culture that provides a pleasant working environment. The elimination of walls, the breaking down of physical barriers, and the opening up of space create a welcoming and cooperative work environment.

Our design is motivated by the necessity for flexible & convertible, multifunctional areas. The open working rooms include a defined yet transitional space design between the interactive, personal, and social rooms, as well as tools for teams to own and employees to personalise the workspace. A barrier-free and spacious welcome moment, as well as easy access lockers and other functions, provide complete visibility of the team at work.
