To create a new working system, by transitioning to a hybrid work model.
RCU Saudi Arabia's shift to hybrid work created challenges. Employees needed a better work experience, but the office was cramped, hindering productivity. Different departments also had varying needs for privacy and collaboration, making it difficult to design an effective workspace.

We prioritised designing employee-centric workspaces that enhance the overall work experience. By creating a seamless employee journey, we ensure every aspect of the office contributes to a positive and productive environment. Furthermore, we integrate a biophilic design principles to maximise natural light and incorporate natural elements, promoting employee wellbeing and creating a healthier, more engaging workspace.
Building Community for a Social & Inclusive Workspace Design
Our designs for RCU strategically place social zones throughout the office to encourage spontaneous interaction and collaboration. To cultivate an emotional connection, we incorporate artwork and motivational graphics that reflect the diverse backgrounds and ages of your team. Creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and proud is central to our design philosophy.
