The challenge

To transform the Enerjisa Customer Centre into an experience hub that increases awareness and knowledge of renewable energy.

To offer customers a seamless experience, reducing face-to-face service channels and, to reinforce Enerjisa’s mission of sustainability. We created a centre that uses 100% green energy, an interactive experiences that enhances awareness for energy saving, while increasing the standards for customer service.

The big idea

To bring the Enerjisa ethos, of sustainability and innovation, to life in a space where the brand physically and digitally connects with the user.

Dynamic Facade Design

We've designed an exterior that sparks curiosity and aligns with the clients energy transformation mission. The facade of Enerjisa customer experience centre features a dynamic pattern of dots that move with the wind or by hand, symbolising the movement of energy and adding a layer of interactivity. From the moment customers lay eyes on our flagship, they're drawn into a world of innovation and sustainability.

Serene Interiors for Enhanced Comfort

Step inside Enerjisa's flagship and experience tranquility. We have prioritised comfort with plush seating areas and indoor landscaping, fostering a natural ambiance for both customers and employees. From spacious meeting rooms to noise-reducing elements, every detail is crafted to enhance relaxation and productivity.

Seamless Digital Interactions

The Enerjisa flagship design includes the Digital Ticket Application and Digital Service Center for quick transactions, along with an engaging activity area and digital screens for all ages. The Energy Tunnel experience highlights the journey of energy from climate to city and human impact, showcasing the benefits of renewable energy sources.
